1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Sorrel, you agree to these terms. This is placeholder language; the final agreement will be provided here.
2. Your organization and data
Your members, content, and data belong to your organization. You may export them at any time. Final data-handling terms are pending review.
3. Billing
Plans are available month-to-month or annually (save 10% paying yearly). A 30-day free trial begins at signup with no credit card required. You may add a plan and payment method at any time; if you don't, your trial simply lapses to a read-only window. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation, your account moves to a 90-day read-only window during which you can export your data or reactivate; after 90 days your data is permanently deleted. No refunds are issued for unused paid time. There are no setup fees and no fees added on top of your payment processor's standard rate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Sorrel lawfully and not to misuse the service. Final acceptable-use terms are pending review.
