A shared love of the water.
A stronger club on shore.
Bring membership, dues, race and cruise events, and your website into the life of your club.

The details a club actually keeps
Boat name, sail number, class, berth, crew, the certificate that expires in March. Tell Sprout what your club tracks and it sets the fields up for you to approve.
A season, not a spreadsheet
Race nights, cruises, the prize-giving dinner — post the event, take the entries and the money, and check people in at the dock from your phone.
The write-up, done
Forward the recap and Sprout drafts the minutes; describe the change and it updates the website. The commodore's inbox stops being the club's filing system.

A club is more than its sailing calendar.
A race entry, a family membership and a place at the prize-giving dinner all belong to the same club. Keep the people and their details connected while your officers care for the season ahead.
A practical place to begin.
One membership covers the whole crew at home — the sailor who joins pays, and family on the account are covered too, each with their own login.
Your board can begin free for up to 25 people, including contacts. Add a paid plan when your organization is ready for membership, dues, events and a published website.
A little more
to know.
Does this replace specialist race-scoring or marina software?
SorrelSites brings membership, dues, events, the website and board work together. Bring any specialist race-scoring, berth-management or marina requirements into the evaluation so the fit is clear.
Can we bring our member list and website?
Yes. Review your member export and the pages you want to keep, then preview the result before going live. Historic events and board records need their own migration discussion; they are not automatically recreated from a member export.
