GOLF, TENNIS & ATHLETIC CLUBS

More than a place to play.
A place to belong.

Bring your members, dues, programs and socials together, with a website your team can keep current.

A sweeping green golf course and its surrounding landscape.

Membership categories that behave differently

Full, social, junior, family — each with its own dues, its own renewal date and its own access. Describe them and Sprout proposes the plans for you to approve.

Programs, ladders and socials

Recurring classes, a club championship, the end-of-season dinner. Take sign-ups and payment on your own site, and check people in at the door.

One roster, however people joined

The member who plays twice a week and the guest who bought a dinner ticket are one record — no second contact list to reconcile.

A carefully maintained tennis club and its courts.

The membership behind every game.

Full members, social members, juniors and families do not all belong in the same dues category. Keep those distinctions clear, then give everyone a welcoming path to the programs and occasions that suit them.

A rowing crew on open water.

A practical place to begin.

A family membership covers the household — the primary member pays, and everyone else on the account is covered too, at no extra charge.

Your board can begin free for up to 25 people, including contacts. Add a paid plan when your organization is ready for membership, dues, events and a published website.

A little more
to know.

Is this a court, tee-time or fitness scheduling system?

SorrelSites supports membership, dues, event registration, the website and board work. Review any specialist court-booking, tee-time, access-control or training requirements with the team before choosing.

Can we bring our member list and website?

Yes. Review your member export and the pages you want to keep, then preview the result before going live. Historic events and board records need their own migration discussion; they are not automatically recreated from a member export.

A new chapter for your club.
