Shared purpose.
Lasting tradition.
Keep minutes, motions, dues and your website connected as officers and volunteers change.

The minutes, done
Forward the meeting recap and Sprout drafts the minutes — motions, votes and action items on the record, for the secretary to approve.
Officers change, the record doesn't
Elect a new secretary or treasurer and the work moves with the title, not the person — nothing to hand over but the login.
Dues and the dinner in one place
Collect dues online, sell tickets to the fish fry or the installation dinner, and check people in at the door from a phone.

Let the next officer inherit the work.
A term ends; the organization continues. Keep approved minutes, decisions and open responsibilities with the organization so the next secretary or treasurer can understand what happened and what still needs attention.
A practical place to begin.
Your board can begin free for up to 25 people, including contacts. Add a paid plan when your organization is ready for membership, dues, events and a published website.
A little more
to know.
Can the board start before moving dues and the website?
Yes. Free board management supports up to 25 people, including contacts, with monthly Sprout and recording allowances. Dues, payments, events and website publishing require a paid plan.
Can we bring our member list and website?
Yes. Review your member export and the pages you want to keep, then preview the result before going live. Historic events and board records need their own migration discussion; they are not automatically recreated from a member export.
