A place to live.
A community to care for.
Bring voluntary dues, neighborhood information and board records together for the people who call it home.

Voluntary dues, collected online
Members join and pay on your website, day or night — no one going door to door with an envelope.
A website the block can find
Post the next meeting, the block party, the number to call about a streetlight — updated by describing the change.
Minutes the next chair inherits
Sprout drafts the minutes from your notes, and a new chair arrives to the decisions already on the record.

A clearer home for neighborhood life.
Residents should be able to find the next meeting, understand voluntary dues and see how to take part. Your board should be able to update that information without depending on the one neighbor who knows the website.
A practical place to begin.
Your board can begin free for up to 25 people, including contacts. Add a paid plan when your organization is ready for membership, dues, events and a published website.
A little more
to know.
Is this designed for voluntary dues?
Yes. The neighborhood-association use case covers voluntary membership and dues. Bring mandatory assessments, property accounting or specialist HOA requirements into the evaluation rather than assuming they are included.
Can we bring our member list and website?
Yes. Review your member export and the pages you want to keep, then preview the result before going live. Historic events and board records need their own migration discussion; they are not automatically recreated from a member export.
