Does uploading a document automatically make it readable by AI?
No. AI reading is opt-in for each document. An administrator decides which documents can be used, and can switch that permission off again.
Can we bring our member list and website?
Yes. Review your member export and the pages you want to keep, then preview the result before going live. Historic events and board records need their own migration discussion; they are not automatically recreated from a member export.
