It's a $0 plan for up to 25 people. No credit card. No trial clock. No overage bills. Self-serve help through Sprout and the help guide. Human support comes with a paid plan.

Can we keep our membership system and website?

Yes. Use SorrelSites for your board while your membership system and website stay where they are. You can bring your old minutes and board documents with you.

What are the limits, and when would we pay?

Free includes 250,000 Sprout tokens and 4 hours of meeting recording per month. The 25-person limit counts everyone in your people list, including contacts. Drafting, questions and transcription share the Sprout allowance. Sprout and recording pause at their limits until next month; upgrade if you need more. Free does not bill for extra usage. Membership plans and dues, payments, events and tickets, the member portal, and publishing your website need a paid plan. Text messaging is a paid add-on.
